Ivy house is a self catering cottage. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and for you to return! We provide linen, towels, a ‘welcome pack’ and firewood for the wood burner. We also provide basic toiletries. Beyond these initial supplies, it is our guests sole responsibility.

Pets

Regrettably Ivy house operates a strict ‘no pets’ policy.  However we support the ‘Access for all’ campaign and guide dogs  are most welcome with advanced notice.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any part of Ivy house. Anybody wishing to smoke, can use the patio at the front and rear of the house but not inside. If you do so, then you will be asked to leave. It is important that we think of the wellbeing of all our guests.

Reservations

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to complete the reservation procedure. We ask that you send a cheque for this amount as soon as possible upon reservation.

Liability
 
Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to any part of Ivy house and grounds or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf. We cannot accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the cottage or to vehicles left outside.

Check In & Check Out Times

Normally Ivy house is ready for guests by 4.00pm on the day of booking but we are flexible. If you to want arrive earlier than this, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. However we will do our best to work around your time of departure.
